yesterday i bought and installed the menucreator extension for magento. Everything works fine, and i created a menu which must show the subcategories. I enabled this function and everything is active, but the subcategories are not showing. What goes wrong?

Hi Bond,
You can do more some following steps:
1, Go to MenuPro -> MCP Settings, click “Refresh” button on Optimization Performance tab.
2, Make sure all subcategories activated, and select YES in “Include in Navigation Menu” option.
If you try 2 step above and the subcategories still not showing. I need to check your setting on backend. Let me know if you still have trouble.

Hi, I had the same issue after re-arranging my categories for a multi-site configuration. I found the solution to be…
Turn on ‘Include in Navigation’ on my stores root category, one I did that the category drop down populated with all sub categories.
Simple in the end!
