I want to prepopulate the table

With every existing product so that the buyer only needs to select quantity of each and then add to cart.

How can I go about this?

It’s easy to customize this functionality , You just need insert Sku and Qty of product for each row. please check my screen bellow

You can make this change on file : app/design/frontend/base/default/template/quickshopping/cart/cart.phtml
