I’m using PDP one of my client’s website. All the functionalities are working as expected. I just have one issue.

Once the order comes in, I go to

and check the order. It shows link to see the customized design. When I click on it, shows the desgined product by customer. When I click on the options to hide mask layer and background image, it doesn’t work for me. Mask layer some times work but background image never works for me.

We are custom printing company. So have few templates already printed and we just need the input from user rather than whole graphics.

Any suggestions what can be the issue?
