product picture is not showing up in place order

    I performed a transaction in the Magento1.9 with the PDC installed(with activated license). When I tried to view the placed order, im unable to view the image of the ordered item. can anyone assist me…

    Hi Slkhoo,
    This may happen with your custom theme because it is normal working in default theme from our live demo.
    However, we can help you fix it, please send us your FTP and Backend access information to [email protected].
    Don’t send access information by reply this email, it is not safe way 🙂
