Hello everybody!

This article will show the steps necessary to be able update profile and password for admin on PDP.

Let’s Log-in into our PDP admin dashboard before start.

1. Update Profile

After log-in, please navigate to menu My Profile at top right.

Enter information changes then click to “Save”

2. Update Password

After log-in, please navigate to menu Change Password at top right.

Enter old password and new password then click to “Change Password”

You will received email notify for password changed

3. Reset Password

Notice*: Your server need send mail to reset password

If you forgot password, don’t worry, we has button “Reset password” at Sign in page

Enter email register admin account then click to “Request Reset Password” button

You will received email provide link reset password

Access to link reset password by click it or copy to url bar of browser. Enter  email register admin account and new password then click to “Change password”

You will received email notify for password changed
